Our Process
Vecco will mine and refine Critical Minerals in Queensland. Vanadium, High Purity Alumina and Rare Earth Elements will be produced to help meet the demand for global electrification and decarbonisation.
In June 2023 Vecco’s Townsville Vanadium Electrolyte plant opened becoming Australia’s first vanadium electrolyte production facility. Electrolyte production expansion in Townsville, USA and Europe is planned for 2026.
Projects Vecco is building a pipeline of vanadium battery projects, maintaining ownership of our vanadium electrolyte - which doesn't degrade over time.
Our Plan
We are taking orders for Vanadium Flow Battery Electrolyte. Produced in Townsville, Queensland we can offer a range of electrolyte products to suit your battery hardware.
Greg is a mining executive and engineer with over 46 years experience in senior management roles. For almost 18 years Greg was the CEO of Jellinbah Group which produces and exports steel coal, employing approximately 1000 people and turning over more than $2.0Bn/pa.
Tom has over 15 years of experience within the mining sector spanning project development, business development and M&A, capital raising and the practical delivery of greenfield exploration and project approvals.
John is a senior level executive with over 15 years of global experience in family offices, investment management, alternative investments, corporate strategy and operations management. John also has extensive experience in senior executive leadership roles in single-family offices, both in Australia and globally.
Greg is a company director and investor in a portfolio of Australian companies. Greg co-founded Results Physiotherapy, based in USA which grew to over 58 locations before selling a majority stake to private equity.
Steven is currently the CEO of Idemitsu Australia and has over 12 years of experience in senior management and executive roles in the mining sector.
