Thomas is a lawyer with experience in the practical delivery of mining, energy and infrastructure projects throughout Australia. His expertise includes board and senior management positions including:
- Director – Timor Resources
- General Counsel – Jellinbah Group (a 14 mt p.a metallurgical coal mining company)
- Director – Rockland Resources;
- Alternate Director – Queensland Resources Council Limited and ACALET Limited.
He has taken a lead role in small and large resource companies and large Government infrastructure projects. Thomas’s insight regarding all aspects of company development from exploration to project feasibility assessment and development is well established. His experience includes corporate governance, project acquisitions and financing, mine planning and development (including rail, port, water and power), environmental approvals and compliance.
Mr Rorrison was previously an Executive Director of Macquarie Group for 10 years, finishing his tenure as Chairman of Resources, Asia with responsibility for the natural resources investment banking function for 10 Jurisdictions, including Japan, Korea, China, India and Hong Kong.
He worked for Macquarie Group and its affiliates from April 1990 to March 2015, specializing in natural resources sectors, including metals and mining, oil & gas and agriculture.
Mr. Rorrison is currently the controlling shareholder and Managing Director of Chengyu Group Limited, a private group based in Hong Kong. He is also:
- The representative of Shanghai Stock Exchange listed Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co. Ltd on the board of Banro Corporation Limited, a DRC gold mining company, and
- A Director of ASX Listed UraniumSA Limited.
Suellen is the Managing Director Timor Resources and the NEPEAN Investment Division. She is a seasoned resource entrepreneur, who has a proven track record in managing a range of mandates including investment funds and private capital for the shareholders of NEPEAN.
Suellen’s experience is in equity joint ventures, resource company development, property development, construction and project management.
Suellen serves as a director on the boards of NEPEAN, Victoria Park Investments, Austwide Property Fund, Amorata Pty Ltd and Fuelcorp.
Greg is an experienced director and entrepreneur within the medical, resources and HR industries with particular experience in growth strategy and marketing.
In 2004 he co-founded Results Physiotherapy based in Nashville, Tennessee which operates 150 clinics across 10 states throughout the USA, including Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi and North Carolina. In 2014 the company partnered with Chicago PE firm Sterling Partners.
Greg now sits as a member of the board of directors of Results Physiotherapy and since returning to Australia has invested in a number of companies in diverse portfolios including healthcare, HR, IT and the resources industry
